Cubesmart - Really a sucky place

i made the wrong choice. i wasnt planning on becoming homeless but things happen. now everthing i had owned and things handed down to me, my clothes ect. i was emotionally drained, after my stepdad passed. I like the staff but i hate ur policies on no partial payments

Cubesmart - Really disappointed

if you miss 2 months of payments guess what for what started @ $127. and change is now $385. and change now everything i had for furniture, clothes, ect. ect. things passed down to me will go to the action block. i lost my mom and then my stepdad. all i can imagine is strangers going thru my stuff sickens me to death. oh thats too bad cause you cant make partial payments. really sucks roally??

Cubesmart - Unhappy customer

I paid bill for first month. Then i get email saying i still own for this month. Then i get email today saying that i owned over $200. Then they denied my access to my unit. So i would never you this company again. They can get the paper work right and can't do anything right!!!!!!!

Been a customer of theirs for 5+ years and even had two units at one time. Every time I turned around the rates went up. My loyalty and time with you meant nothing. I got sick of it all and moved out when they went from $219 a month to $250 with very little warning....

Cubesmart - Bait and switch

I thought I had signed a year lease - with a month free and 10% off. Now - 6 months later - my rent has been raised 10% - basically canceling out my “so called” promotion to rent with them. I feel I was mislead. This is an extremely poor business practice. It is a shame you fleece your customers this way.
